A dedicated perception module for understanding the work environment.
A different way to see the task
Scene information, uncertainty and the next question to answer. A dedicated tool for perception, connected to a wider system.

Advanced task sensing is developed as a replaceable payload, with final sensor selection under review.

The intended role is to turn observations into useful scene information for an operator or software workflow.

Context for the task
The intended role is to turn observations into useful scene information for an operator or software workflow.

Time-aligned data and records form part of the proposed perception workflow.

Keep the observation, its context and its uncertainty together
A sharp image is useful only if it answers the task’s question. Distance, angle, illumination and the reference used all affect interpretation. Super Vision’s research considers how to retain those conditions alongside the observation, so a later reviewer can understand what the sensor actually saw.
A good evaluation scene includes both a useful target and a difficult case: a reflective edge, an occlusion or a low-texture area. Shared reference measurements let us examine where the observation helps and where another view is needed, rather than selecting only convincing images.
